Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: newocarorya@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
