Refund policy
At New World Cafetero Roasting, we take pride in the quality of every bag we roast and ship. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Coffee Products Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Unopened, sealed bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Hats) Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
